JMH is the work of two people. You'll know us both by name, and you'll always know who's looking at your books.
Between the two of us we've spent more than a decade closing books inside other firms. We started JMH in 2025 because we kept seeing the same thing: small businesses paying for bookkeeping and feeling like they were paying for silence. Reports showed up. Questions didn't get answered. The person who knew the file changed every quarter.
We wanted to do it differently. A small client roster, the two of us doing the work directly, and answers that come back the same day you ask the question.
Andre has spent more than eight years in bookkeeping and financial operations, most of it inside other practices. He co-founded JMH with Pauline in 2025 because he kept running into the same problem: clients who could never get a straight answer from the person actually working their file. Every client he works with has his direct contact. If you send him a question, he's the one who replies.
Pauline holds a Bachelor's in Accounting from George Mason University and brings five years of bookkeeping and financial operations experience to the practice. She's working toward her CPA, and she's the kind of detail-oriented person whose work shows up in the books: accurate, on time, and easy to follow.
