Plan details & billing terms

All plans are billed as a flat monthly fee, plus a one-time $89 setup fee. A standalone QuickBooks setup is available for $149. We don't file tax returns. Every plan instead delivers a tax-ready year-end package for your CPA or tax filer. Payroll is available as an add-on priced by headcount and pay-run frequency.

Monthly fees are billed on the first of each month; payment is due by the third. All plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled on 30 days' written notice. The one-time setup fee is due before onboarding and is non-refundable once work has commenced. On-call advisory applies only outside business hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm ET) and is billed separately at $35 per hour; the Portfolio plan includes 3 complimentary hours per month. Quoted starting prices are not binding offers; the applicable rate is set in the signed proposal. Fees exclude applicable taxes and third-party software subscriptions. Rates may change on 30 days' notice and remain fixed for any active term.
